Ever Arable is an agritech company seeking to revolutionize the agriculture industry through the proliferation of hydroponics and urban farming. The way that we produce food is broken for many reasons:
1) We are running out of arable land to support the amount of people that we will have in the future.
2) In order to support the amount of people that we have now, we use harmful chemicals and exploitative systems of labor.
3) The food supply chain (in the United States) is long. It uses a lot of fuel, and the food looses much of its nutritional value in transit.
We look forward to mitigating these issues by leveraging technology and creating a new market of sustainable food producers.
