Groundwork for Change LLC (G4C) was founded in 2017 to provide business development services to nonprofit organizations. A special emphasis is placed on grassroots organizations ready to launch or scale their initiatives. Our current services include Nonprofit Business, Strategic, and Program Planning. Founder, Inacent Saunders, is also a Certified Interim Executive Leader, able to lead organizations through times of executive transition. G4C’s goal is to help organizations develop a solid strategy – a firm foundation – upon which to build their mission-driven work, leading to long term impact and greater sustainability.
