Bear Soul Wellness

At Bear Soul Wellness, we use Massage Therapy to promote healing and wholeness for all humans. We use the power of breath, sound, movement, and touch to help you connect to your body, emotions, and spirit. We believe creating a better world starts with individual and collective somatic healing of physical pain and trauma. We utilize our gifts and energies to promote right balance in our hearts, in our lives, and in our world.  We believe in creating safer spaces for all, and especially for Black people, Indigenous people, and all People of Color and Culture.
