Business Description
We are a San Diego-based dog training company offering affordable service dog, companion dog, and aggressive dog training. We work frequently with small local rescues to help dogs find homes, offer discounted training rates, and match available dogs to interested clients.
Back in November of 2020, my fiance and I were tired of the cookie cutter dog trainers and pet-related businesses we had worked for in the past. We opened HeroicK9s to offer fully customized, spectrum-based training methods that depend on the dog AND their person in order to build a strong bond and a great team. Over the last two years, we have built up over 150 dog & human teams including service dogs for those with disabilities, rehabilitation for canine PTSD, anxiety, reactivity, and aggression, and well-trained companion dogs for families with and without children. Our goal is to one day have a facility to accept board & trains for every type of dog, and continue our journey working with every type of human.
