TEENS & Young Adults Therapist ages 13-25 years old: I LOVE MY DAUGHTER BUT…I work with teen girls and young adult women to address issues with loneliness, depression, self-harm, low school motivation, overachieving stress, low confidence, and self-esteem. I also specialize in helping to restore her relationship with herself and her parents. Healing mother-daughter wounds is my focus.
I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator and Certified Brainspotting Therapist, trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiences, Foster Care and Adoption Competency, and Narrative Exposure Therapy. Some other modalities that I incorporate in my work include Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I DO NOT accept insurance. Serving only clients who physically reside in Georgia and Minnesota. Video Therapy for all clients during COVID-19.
